Suffering with bacterial infection ranging 30-35. After urine culture & sensitivity rest prescribed with Nitrofur 100mg for 5 days. But condition worsened. Now doctor recommended farobact 200mg & PrepRo For 5 days. Currently 33 week pregnancy. Want to know is IT safe for fetus

Farobact may not work well for urine infection and is not a recommended antibiotic for sure. Please take as per culture sensitivity report after consulting your doctor. Cephalosporins if sensitive should be safe for foetus.
