I have not given birth to a baby till date.I have been facing urine incontinence since childhood only. Also, I have constipation since birth. Over the years it has improved. Like, earlier ai used to sit in the washroom for like 30 minutes to pass stool now it has come down to 10-15 minutes.now i am facing extreme urine leakage while sneezing, jumping, working out, laughing etc. It has made my life misreable. I have tried kegal exercises also but i didnt work out. Please suggest what to do
