Urine flow and ED problem.
Dear Doctor,
I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 107kg weight and height 5feet 6 inches.
I have medicine Concor 5mg for high BP and high heart beat on walking climbing steps upto 175bpm.
I have medicine for GERD. I have medicine for Asthma. Uriticaria.
I have been having ED for the past 8 months. I have urine flow problem for the past 8 months.
I reported to a Urologist. Scan was done 5mm kidney stones were found.
I was given Dynaperes 0.4mg.
In few months I became alright.
Now after stopping Dynaperes My Urine flow is not good.
Slight Bladder pain.
Is it I have to have Dynaperes 0.4mg throughout My Life?
I don't know Why ED problem continues till now?

You need more evaluation for your ED, Dynapres 0.4 is for your urine flow problem, it is mainly prescribed for prostate problem and itself has some sexual side effects like retrograde ejaculation.
You need Ultrasound of KUB to know the residual volume, prostate size.
You will require uroflowmetry to quantify the flow.
Considering your age prostate is less likely to be increased and under going cystoscopy would be better to asses everything.
Regarding ED you need proper assessment staring with history.
Please visit an andrologist who is a urologist with special training in andrology for your complaints.
