We have performed urine culture and sensitivity test for my dad. The test report says "OTHERS: OCCASIONAL PUS CELLS AND NO ORGANISMS WERE SEEN. CULTURE: NO GROWTH AFTER 48 HOURS OF AEROBIC INCUBATION." What does this mean?

Hello, report is normal but it doesn’t completely rule out urine infection(culture report may be falsely negative sometimes)
