My urine creatine level is 299 mg/dl ,what does it  indicate?and RBc criti is 0.4 what does it mean?

Urine creatinine is slightly elevated(>270).Could indicate kidney disease but if you are not symptomatic ,then less likely.Could be due to dehydration. Also other test rbc crtiti or is it serum creat?
