My mother unable to control flow of urine specially in night. Is this problem can be addressed through medicine or by other means. Please advice. Regards

She needs to have a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis and post void residual urine assessment. if feasible a urine culture and sensitivity test and Uroflowmetry. These are results are required before taking a decision. She would be benefitted with Tab. Torq SR 4mg once a day for a month during bedtime
Next Steps
Avoid excess of fluids after 5pm Take plenty of high fiber diet to avoid constipation
