A little burning or warm sensation only while starting urine... Not during urinating...while starting urine it feels like something holding it (not feel blocking) just for 1 or 2 seconds. .if urine is less then it burns...feels my anal spinycher muscles are tight...it feels i have less control on it . Is this pelvic floor muscles dysfunction? Or any cancer? Symptoms noticeable when I'm at home (free)...when out I didn't almost feel it...had constipation problem in march 2022...also two times gone through a stomach pain and acidity that lasted for more than 10 days ..but at that time less urine and bowel issues which are now... please tell me whom to see? So much stressed
