1st urine sample is recommended for getting UPT or any pregnancy related test.

Actually if you are doing a normal UPT at home , any sample of urine would be sensitive. But the first morning sample is most concentrated and can detect highest levels of HcG if you are measuring it - that denotes pregnancy. First sample has greatest chance of showing it positive if you are pregnant !
