My health screening report show the following URINALYSIS Urine Albumin : *TRACE URINE MICROSCOPY Crystal : Calcium Oxalates : + The doctor said there is nothing to worry about but based on my research it could be kidney disease. Should I follow up with abdomen ultrasound or further test to find out the problem?

Hello your creatinine level is 171.6 that’s very high as per INDIAN standards. As per this high level of creatinine you should be having kidney failure and would have needed dialysis. But please check Singapore standards. Get a USG abdomen and KUB USG and need be CT scan I need to see the GFR rate . Please consult a Nephrologist with reports . You can discuss with me again with reports
