Hi I my age is 24 years. From past one month after urination I am feeling tired. I don't have any burning sensation while passing urine. After passing urine I feeling tired, along with back pain, keen pain and blood pressure is reducing and nerves are paining in head. My pennies are also not responding for sex. I unable to concentrate on any work. Please advise me whom to consult and please let me is there any treatment for these problem.
