I am feeling to urinate after discharge of sperm and also feels itching and burning sensation even after urinating. my sperms do not shoot rather now it drip by drops. i am terribly worried. i have been married since 7 years and have a daughter age 6. now i plan to have another child. i suffered from tb mengitie and laparoscopy. i stopped all medical attention now.
