Painful urination, sometimes almost normal, other times dark yellow and little comes out. Some days I feel like I have to urinate constantly.  I've already took 2 antibiotics treatments (Ciprofloxacin), for 5 days each, which don't seem to have done any good. Seems to be more pronounced following sexual activity. I had an inguinal hernia operation about 6 months ago. Also suffering from gastric reflux. Thanks
