Urinary Tract Infection

I am suffering from a burning sensation in my urethra and urinary bladder and a constant urge to urinate, sometime back I suffered from acute pain in left side of my abdomen, my sonogram suggested left kidney PCS, ureter dilation and hydroureteronephrosis, the kidney pain has subsided for some days and now I am suffering from UTI(I guess), Please suggest me some medication for the pain and discomfort.

Tab. Norflox 400 mg one tab twice daily SYP. Cital 10 ml three times daily with one glassful of water. Tab Avil 25 mg one tab twice daily. For five days.
