I had unprotected sex with my new girl friend one month before...from that time I feel heavy scrotum and dull pain in left testicle..now from past 4 days I am having buring sensation while urinating and also I dont feel like to urinate...I take 1 litre of water but still no urine...no matter how long I stay after drinking water but I don't feel the emergency of urination...but the urine colour has changed..I am an celiac patient with b12 and d and folate deficiency...I am on supplements...is this because of b12 deficiency or some thing else am much confused..
