Past 3 month, i have urinal irritation in urinary track. During irritation, i feels that my inner palm and feel has mild (electric shock feeling) numbness. Urine is passing very freely, no colour changes, normal like usual person. I checked up Radiology, unine test and confirmed that no issues in my system, includes stone formation. All perfect. I used to drink lots of water daily may be 2-3 lts a day. Only things, during sperm evacuation, the irritations are more for a while. Every week min spam evacuation are happens 3 to 4 times a week. I consulted urologist and tested the sperm, all the results shows no finding for the mild irritation. Kindly advise what is to be done.
