A uric acid diet includes emphasizing alkaline-rich foods like cherries, berries, leafy greens, and bell peppers, incorporating low-purine foods like cauliflower, cucumber, and carrots, staying hydrated with plenty of water, limiting or avoiding high-purine foods like organ meats, seafood, and processed meats, reducing sugar and refined carbohydrate intake, and avoiding trigger foods like beer, wine, and soda to help lower uric acid levels and alleviate symptoms.
