Hi, High levels of uric acid gives clear indication that the kidneys aren't able to eliminate the excessive uric acid from the body. Higher levels of uric acid if not checked can lead to a condition known as 'Gout'. In such a condition the uric acid, which is not able to eliminate out of the body, starts accumulating in the joints of the body causing pain and swelling, as in the case of arthritis.
Next Steps
Kindly proceed with the most natural form of treatment, Ayurveda. The treatment would be free from side effects and would gradually improve the overall condition of the patient by eliminating the root cause.
Health Tips
Do's : 1) Excercise regularly to keep the weight at check 2) Take light meals 3) Keep a regular check at the sugar levels and blood pressure Don'ts : 1) Avoid having food rich in protein , like, red meat, pulses etc. 2) Reduce salt intake 3) Reduce sweet intake 4) Avoid fried/deep fried food
