Uric acid issues

I have done recently KTF test and got the reading of uric acid 7.7 i was 106 kgs in January. I started walking daily 6kms and now in April 15th my waight is 96. Reduced 10kgs. However from past 10 days I'm having burning sensation while urinating and I am getting mild pain in my ankle, calf muscles. Is the uric acid a major issue? And can I take neera syrup for my uric acid and pain in my ankle and muscle. Please suggest

Tab febuxtate40 one at night after dinner for 3 weeks.  Neeri is for urine  complaint,  10 ml with half glass of water after food 3 times. Plenty of water n liquid lemonade buttermilk electoral powder.
