My mother is suffering from fever and weakness since tuesday. The malaria and  dengue tests are negative. Our family doctor  diagonosed urinal infection and gave appropriate medication along with it advised to take paracetamol. Her condition is not improving. Her urinal infection is however controllred but the fever is persistent, as and when she is under the effect of paracetamol she feels alright but as its effect vanishes she again suffers from fever. Kindly give some ver y precise and effective advice or treatment so that she gets better.
