Urgent, Severe stomach ache (centre)

Hello doctor, there has been a severe stomach ache since morning with blood in stool. I did USG whole abdomen and here are my reports. Please let me know if anything is serious or not because I was planning to travel 750km from my place to attend the family function. Is it safe to travel or not. Please advise medicine for pain.
