Urgent pls emergency help

I was pooping and I didn't strain at all it was coming out by itself and I was feeling warm and I was thinking about the hit sensation in that much I had hot flush is it normal to have hot flush during that time I didn't strain even a bit but I had hot flash my ears and neck turned red. Pls advise urgent answer
