Urgent leg ankle broken

Can i start taking right after my ankle is broken and pluster done. Or any time limit like after 21 days i should start calcium.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can start taking calcium supplements no problems in that. You will have to take rest for a few days. Don't put any stress over that ankle.
