If you are in the UK, please consult with a General Physician in the UK.  You will appreciate that if you have to consult with a General Physician in UK and it is disclosed that you were being treated for giddiness and vertigo by Tele-consultation from India, the Indian Doctor will have to answer many difficult questions.
