Hello Dr... M feeling to take deep breath in every few minutes. And I have done my chest xray report is normal.. Ecg is normal and oxygen is 97.. I donno why m taking deep breath frequently... Its literally feeling odd and bcz of this I could not able to concentrate on my work... My Hight is 5.3 Weight is 72 Suffering from gastric prob.. But taking naturolax A medicine for the same. Pls suggest me why this is happening and suggest me remedies also... Tq

I think you are being anxious. Continue with anti acidity medicine. U should do pranayam daily for 15 min . It will improve health of lungs and reduce anxiety.  Also take steam 2 to 3 times a day. Watch for any other thing like fever, cough. If still not improved visit nearest physician
