I have urge of urination problem evem after having done 10 mins before. Many a times there is also delayed urination after standing for 30 seconds. Is it because of less water intake or other reasons and how to cure it ???

Hello...... Frequent urination and incomplete evacuation of bladder are the symptoms of prostatomegaly.. Get an ultrasound of prostate once , other factors include urinary tract infection, anxiety, change of weather etc.... Consult urologist once..
