My agr is 34 ,I have a pain in right side below cap of penis and,the vein has become swollen on this side visible ,and penis also shrinked no erection at all no morning erection,no sexual desire,although testosterone level is 605, doctor told me to test uroflowmetry, I have done that and the result is 11.5 and obstructed flow written in report,then doctor said u have urethral stricture disease,now I am too much worried about this,I dont want any kind of surgery,please suggest how to permanently cure from this disease.
