I have urethral stricture since 1 year with some feeling of incomplete emptying of bladder no other symptoms does fournier gangrene occurs from such stricture ?

You really have read google well First of all how do you know if you have a structire urethra U need a radiological test like RGU to document it Secondly fourniers gangrene typically occurs without a known cause generally in diabetics with poor immunity
Next Steps
Structure urethra can only be treated surgically So get it done as early as possible
