Urethral Stent related (UTI)

I had gone through uteroscopy and today my dj stent has been removed. But while urinating I am feel itching or irritation on tip of penis and like some particle is obstructing in tip. When I am putting force I can sometimes see Protozoa like insects coming out of penis And blood. I am scared what is this and what to do. Please suggest
