Sir, I have following problems: 1.) Urethral discharge always in bathroom time after urination. 2.) Always burning in the pelvic region and at the tip of the penis and this burning increases when I am in sitting position like reading and driving. 3.)Not able to handle urine even at least 1 minutes.Means urgency of urination if that not happen then it can glow in the pants also. 4.)A little itching in the pelvic region from 6 months. 5.) Nowadays I feel too much pain in the testicles ( very much pain) and this pain increases when I am walking and running. 6.) Nowadays I feel too much burning at tip of the penis, irritation and also in bathroom time always urethral discharge. Sir please help.🙏🙏🙏🙏
