Stone in right ureter. it was at the level of LUMBER 3rd,20 days back. having 4-5 lts of water,tab Urimax,tab Wincrus,syp Urikind. On 24june, at junction of upper 2/3rd (lmbosacral junctn).size 6x6x4 mm.Mid right Hydroureteronephrosisis. No fever.pain was on 1st dy only. Now stone is near bladder on 28th scanning. Having ample water, juice.

U can continue with the same management for 7 to 10 days more. Do ultrasound after that to confirm that stone has passed, if it doesn't pass then you have to consider ureteroscopy and stone removal.
