Upts negative. No periods

What could be the reason for negative upts and no periods if I've used condoms correctly. Each time I had sex. And I experienced spotting on day 14-17 of this cycle and no periods and I'm on day 56 now. Have taken a upt on day 42, 49 and 53 which have all shown up as negative. I had sex after my spotting In this cycle. My last period was Nov 11th Is there any way to rule out pregnancy.

You can check beta HCG blood test to rule out pregnancy. Please check thyroid profile as well. Do you have family history for diabetes or thyroid?
