Upper right arm mild pain and weakness

For past week if am feeling low mucle weakness in right upper arm, pain on inner elbow and even till hand joints and wrist. I kept on writing assignment for past week. Can it be related to this. I also wasted lot of muscle mass from lack fo protein intake. Please do help me
