Pain occuring once in a while is Ok... Can be due to dehydration... But if it occurs repeatedly, it is best that you go for an Ultrasound Abdomen.
Next Steps
Consult online for detailed discussion and prescription medicine.

Could you breath normally during the event? Do u have any illness right now? You need to evaluate for the same consulting a General surgeon directly.
Next Steps
may need to take an ECG,USG abdomen, FLP and LFT.
Health Tips
Drink enough water, take food in time,as skipped meals and heavy work out without proper food may be an issue.
