I am having pointed pain in right top abdomen. It is like burning sensation at one point only. I am having pain in back side of the same location. It is causing pain if I press it little hard and in the back as well. Could you please help what this could be

It can be a gall bladder stone pain. Other causes are also possible. Get an ultrasound whole ABDOMEN. Consult a general surgeon.
