Hi, I'm facing this issue from last 1 month. Whenever using cold water upper teeth will get pain/sensitive at that moment.. No issues with warm/hot water

It could be due to wrong brushing technique or brushing too hard on tooth. It may lead to chip off of superficial layers of your teeth. So it's Better to consult with doctor online or offline for treatment options. Don't over use desensitizing toothpaste.

Try using Vantej/ sensodyne rapid action/ Thermoseal RA toothpaste by applying it on the sensitive tooth before brushing for 10 minutes, then brush off. Try it for 2 weeks and if not relieved consult a dentist directly.
