Suffering from left side upper hip pain in pelvis region for last 2 months. This occurs much while trying to sit from  standing position or vice versa. No pain at all during walking. But feel pain if I bend. An doctor advised Etoshine MR tab and Myolaxin D gel to apply with hot compress. But pain revives as earlier no improvement. Pls suggest...
