I have been having swelling in my upper eyelid of right eye since 2 days which is increasing in size with pain on palpation.. the swelling is huge when I got up in this morning

You might have stye. 1. Hot fomentation 3 times a day 2. Tab zifi 200 mg 1-1 for 5 days 3. Tab combiflam 1-1 for 5 days. Make sure you dont have allergy to any of the medicines.
