Respected Dr, I have slight pains and discomfort in my upper body since 2-3 days. I took internal organs tests and they are normal. I also have a burning feeling in my chest area. I also get some pains in lower back. I doubt it to be gas pains. But can gas be cause of pain in upper body?

Gastric pain can radiate to upper back also.. but with the report kindly consult and get it treated
