Iam experiencing severe upper back right side pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement. Using homeopathy medicines from 9 days, but no improvement. What i have to do please reply. Please suggest some tests & which MRI I have to take.

First take sonography of Abdomen. It can be a referered pain. Then take x-ray chest. If it does not help then take MRI. Instead of taking random suggestions better consult and take proper guidance and treatment.
