Hi,I delivered a baby 2 n half month ago by c section.now I m having upper back pain in the night only after 9 to 10 pm..I m so worried

It normally is muscular in origin . Back pain is a very common complaint post pregnancy and would respond well to some strengthening exercises done under a physio . But do get yourself clinically examined by a orthopedic surgeon prior to the same
