I have a feeling of numbness and tingling from  ring and little finger to elbow since 7 days. But from todayorning pain extends upto my neck. But I feel more pain in my upper back thany hand and it is continuous. What is it? I am worrying about heart or lung problem. Please answer Can pinched nerve in neck pain extend upto upper back
