Hi, it is very common problem, go and see your ortho doctor. Main treatment if you not got leg pain/ bladder/bowel problem is physio and exercise to strengthen the muscles in neck and back. Need to drink plenty of water to prevent pain due to dehydration and to rehydration of disc to prevent disc prolapse. Follow advice of how to protect spine. Take care
