Upper back and chest pain

My mother is suffering from left side upper back pain radiating to chest and left arm (sometimes). 3 years ago her coronary angio was done which revealed normal arteries. Kindly need valuable advice or opinion behind the pain caused by pain.

ECHO report is normal There are mild changes in ECG I would suggest getting CT Coronary Angiography done to rule out any heart artery disease
