Upper abdominal pain post covid

Hello, I was diagnosed covid positive two months back and I am having long covid syndromes like chest pain, high pulse rate etc.. But, now I am also having pain in the upper abdominal. The color of stool is black. I am taking thyrowell and ciplar la 40 medicine for approx 20 days now. Please suggest how to treat the pain.
