She had sexual intercourse on 5th July and taken unwanted 72 on 6th July within 24 hours . She haven't had her withdrawal bleeding. But on 23 july she did pregnancy test and it was negative .also she is bleeding now...and have cramps also...

You didn't mention the date of her last period before she had sexual intercourse on 5 July. It must have been around 25 June and now she is having her normal period.

If  23rd July was the  expected date of period then it's her normal periods
