Unwanted pregnancy problem

Missing period from last 15 days. Pregnancy test is positive. After 10 days mensulen fort capsule taken but worked. After this anty pregnancy kit taken. That kit is having 1 big tab and 4 small tab. Last night 1 big tab is taken by me. But still period is not started.please suggest that what I need to do.
