Hi, It's been a month I have conceived.This was not planned and we are not prepared for it now,as our marriage is in this dec. So can you please help me what to do.Should I take any medicines or what do I need to do?

U need to connect with a nearby gynaecologist directly as you ll first have to do an ultrasound and then medications can be advised deoending upon the reports of your ultrasound.
