My unvaccinated pup of 45 days bought three days ago don't know any  specific history but was healthy when we bought it from breeder and his mother was healthy. Now when he scratches me there was no wound no blood drop no deep scratches only a 2 mm red line .I got anxious and took rabies vaccine first shot and titanus after 58 hrs approx now puppy is having diarrhea and vomiting which a good vet declare is not rabies related only illness common among pup but puppy is serious and may not survive ,he also suggest don't take rabies medicine . My concern is 60 hrs for taking rabies shot is too late am I still vulnerable .I am not facing any health issues(after 72 hours) but highly worried and anxious because of googling . My md doctor says it's okay to take shot before 72 hrs while another general physician says should be taken before 24 hrs bit still okay . Am I overthinking please answer

It's ok to take as soon as possible... Nothing to worry much... It's not late to take vaccine after 60 hrs
