My friend found an unusual mass down there not in groin area but in the pubic that feels like a folded mass under the vulva that does not move  she can even unfold it its under libia majora vuvlar area...it can be felt only with fingers...its not harming not getting bigger but she is worried is it serious... She is getting her periods regularly no unusual discharge or pain or swelling
