Increased blinking is sign of dryness &I think your child is addicted to TV or smartphone, please you should try to control the child &you may use lubricating eye drops 5-6times& anti allergic eye drops (Refresh liquigel4-5 times & Pataday eye drops once or twice daily),with regards

Hello It is very difficult to comment without actually examining your eyes this may be due to dryness you can 1. Blink a lot 2. Wash eyes with fresh water 3. Cold compresses 4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel Kindly share your medical records so that I may guide you better This is a provisional diagnosis. Consult your ophthalmologist for detailed examination.
